I’ve been doing the exercises in the "5 Bed Exercises to Loosen Up Your Hips” and found they are helping. Still working to do them on a regular basis, but I am pleased.

The 5 exercises to loosen your hips helps me. I can do them, although I am better with the left leg because it's my stronger one.I had a femural osteotomy on the other side years ago, so it doesn't work as well for some exercises. I recommend these.

I was in a car accident and was advised to stay in bed. Before that I work in an office and my hips are extra tight with all the sitting. Let's just say it just gotten worst as it should be because of all the lying I need to do. These set of exercises is a good starting point. If you're having second thoughts don't! It's a good buy. It felt amazing after 1 week of doing it.
