During that time, he traveled North America speaking, authored some of his very first books, and created digital training programs for professionals, including doctors, physical therapists, kinesiologists, personal trainers, and other exercise professionals.

Rick’s methods were so effective and sought after, he decided to shift his focus from training professionals and working with clients one-on-one, to reaching a broader audience by creating home-based injury recovery programs for those in need of a safe, affordable healing solution.
