I found these exercises challenging but well worth the effort. Good selection of exercises which are clearly explained and illustrated in the materials to ensure that they can be practised safely. Good advice on modifications for beginners and also how to make them more difficult. Easy to fit this workout in to my busy schedule and already I can see and feel the effects after only a couple of weeks.
I have been doing the exercises of this program for a few weeks now. I love how easy and manageable the program is, Plus I don't need too many equipment to work with. Highly recommended program. Everyone should get this, especially if you want to have a strong and firm stomach.
Initially, the exercises were a little difficult to learn but did learn all of them with the exception of the reverse crunches. Reverse crunches generated pain in the sciatic & lower back areas. Definitely find these exercises to be fun to do now!
