I’ve tried a lot of workout routines, but this one actually gave me new exercises that felt effective—plus, the DVD made sure I didn’t miss a step. Only knocked off half a star because some of the instructions could be clearer, but overall, totally worth it for upping my game!

I’ve been using the "50 Filler Exercises for Increased Performance" manual and DVD, and it’s a game changer for my training. The exercises are easy to follow, and while they might look simple, they really give your muscles the extra work they crave—no more excuses for skipping those last few reps! Only docked half a star because I wish there was more variety in the progression levels, but otherwise, solid purchase!

I was thinking there is something missing in my routine so I had to look for more exercises. These are no doubt perfect fillers! Easy to do and you will not run out of ideas. You can also switch exercises for variations. Bless you.

Such a great addition to maximize my regular fitness routine that I can include in between sets. And what I love most about the program is that it contains a 39-minute Instructional & Follow-Along video that slowly demonstrates each of the 50 Filler Exercises, I was able to learn them quickly and easily, and even perform them while I'm watching the video.
