10 Gentle Yoga Poses to Undo the Damage of Sitting All Day (EFISP)
I have a very tight hip flexors and hip pain because of sitting for long periods of time. I just recently purchased this and after 5 days of doing it, I already have relief from hip pain. Excited to where it will take me if I continues this program. Thanks!

I was into yoga before I had my surgery. I feel so happy to learn about this program. I do a lot of sitting while recovering from the surgery so this is really great help on my recovery.
I can't stand or walk for long because I fear that I fall again. I fell 2 years ago, resulting in a fracture on my hips. Since then, I'm afraid to walk farther or stand for too long. I use my walker at home. The program helped me to get a chance to at least be active despite sitting on a chair. It is a great help for me.

Balance issue is a challenge for me ever since. It made me anxious to try some exercises. What I like about the program is that the moves are not complicated, and with all of it done in a chair, it helped a person with balance problems like me in exploring yoga.
