Unlock Your Hip Flexors (EFISP)
Five years ago, I bucked off a horse really badly, landing on my left hip. I never realized how much it had compromised my left hip, quad and knee before I started this program. I felt a difference the very first time I did the exercises, and have regained strength and flexibility I honestly didn't know I had lost. Thank you so much!

I have been trying different stretches to release some of the tightness in my hips - especially my psoas - and this is the best I've come across so far. Lots of important info, clear instruction and sequencing. I highly recommend it. I was having aching hips at night while sleeping and couldn't lay on one side for long and, as long as I do this regularly, that issue is gone.

I think what sets this program a part is that the exercises are arranged in a way that doing your hips are being prepared for the next exercise. it's promising but some may be challenging but the key thing is that the program does have modified exercises. I had stroke so half of my body is weaker but it is still something I can do. I just hope I can do the program consistently to get the best result. I am hoping for more improvements.

Absolutely something we all need. If you are elderly who have back pain, these bed exercises will suit you well. You will be able to work on your hips while in bed. They are also easy to do. My hips are thanking me for these exercises. I am currently staying in an assisted living facility and I am either watching TV or lying on my bed so these exercises helped a lot. My caregiver was smiling from ear to ear since I am being diligent with all these exercises.

Let's just say if you are an athlete looking for some routine to help you stay in shape and flexible hips this would be the best choice. I can include the exercises into my routine with no problem. I can also do it during my downtime. Absolutely my favorite routine right now. Believe it or not, my performance really improved tremendously. No more hip pain and all. It also helped with my super tight hamstrings as it comes. It's so dope! Boom!
