My Back Feels Younger Than I Do

I used to joke that my back had a mind of its own—mostly refusing to cooperate—but this program actually helped loosen things up. Took off half a star because I wish the videos were a bit more fast-paced, but hey, at least I can tie my shoes without wincing now!
