If your shoulder has been bugging you for a while, you've probably already tried the usual stuff. Ice. Rest. Random stretches from YouTube. Maybe even a visit where somebody told you to stop doing anything that hurts and come back later.
That works sometimes. A lot of times it doesn't.
What usually gets missed is how the shoulder is moving and what position it keeps dropping back into when you train, sleep, reach, press, or just go through the day. If that never changes, the pain tends to keep showing up too.
That's where Fix My Shoulder Pain comes in.
This is a digital program built around the SR3 Method, created by injury specialist Rick Kaselj, MS. Instead of jumping straight into generic stretching and strengthening, the program starts by helping you improve shoulder position, calm down irritated tissue, and build the support your joint needs so it holds up better over time.
It's made for people who want a clear plan they can follow at home or in the gym without turning shoulder rehab into a second job.
What's inside
Shoulder self-assessment videos and PDFYou'll go through a series of simple checks to help you narrow down what kind of shoulder problem you may be dealing with and which exercises make the most sense to start with.
The SR3 Method walkthroughThe program is built around three parts:
Shoulder positionThe first step is getting the joint into a better starting position. That matters more than most people realize. If the shoulder keeps sitting in a rough position, a lot of exercises just turn into more irritation.
Tissue workThis section focuses on stiffness, irritation, and the areas around the joint that may be limiting clean movement. Nothing fancy. Just targeted work that helps the shoulder move more smoothly.
Muscle activation and enduranceOnce the shoulder is moving better, the next step is teaching the right muscles to do their job so the joint feels more stable during training and daily life.
Exercise libraryYou'll get a large video exercise library with PDF guides, so you can see what to do and follow along without guessing.
Instructional and follow-along videosThere's a video that explains each part of the method, plus follow-along sessions that help you put it into practice without overthinking the order or timing.
Who this is for:This program may be a good fit if your shoulder pain shows up with things like:
pressing
benching
overhead work
reaching
throwing
sleeping on that side
day-to-day stiffness that keeps hanging around
It also covers common shoulder issues people often get told they have, including rotator cuff irritation, impingement, frozen shoulder, tendinitis, and AC joint problems.
Why people like itA lot of shoulder plans are either too vague or too aggressive. This one is meant to be practical.
You don't need a full gym setup. You don't need to spend an hour a day on rehab. And you usually don't need to stop training completely either, though you may need to adjust movements that keep lighting your shoulder up. That part matters.
The goal here isn't to pretend every painful shoulder is the same. It's to give you a structured way to figure out what's bothering yours and start working on it with a plan that makes sense.

Do I have to stop working out?Usually no. A lot of people can keep training while adjusting the movements that bother their shoulder and swapping in the right SR3 drills.
Do I need special equipment? Not much. A lot of the tools are basic and easy to find.
How long does it take? That depends on the person and the issue, but many people start noticing changes within the first couple of weeks if they stay consistent.
What if I've already tried other shoulder exercises? That's pretty common. The difference here is that the program doesn't just throw more exercises at the problem. It gives you a sequence to follow, which is usually the missing piece.
What if I've had surgery before? Some people in that situation still find the program useful, but if you've had surgery or you're dealing with a more serious injury, it makes sense to get medical clearance first.
