Helpful and Easy

This is another video that is informative and helpful. I like the structure: starts off with the things we do daily and how they negatively impact us, and then goes into exercised you can do. They are relatively simple to follow, and offer a good stretch, burn and energy boost at once. I recommend it to anyone!

Simple but effective

I feel a lot better after doing this for a few days. I'm now much more aware of the bad habits now and the simple but effective exercises are definitely having a beneficial effect on my posture. Recommended.

My lower back hurt

Before, I felt a little hurt from my lower back and neck. As I straighten my body the more it hurts maybe just because I need some stretching or maybe an exercise. And I also need to fix my posture at the same time. And I tried searching online for some good program that can help me. And I found this program then I tried it and BOOM!
