I am a student, and with the pandemic, we are currently learning online. I spend most of my time in front of the computer to listen to the lectures, and after that will study learning materials. With that, I started to have upper back pain. Thanks to this program, I was able to find ways to relieve the pain, and I feel so much better now, especially while studying and attending online classes.

I like how easy the exercises can be done. The instructions are also detailed and easy to follow. Thanks to this I can do the exercises at home. I don't have to go anywhere just to correct my posture.

I always feel my back muscles are so tensed. I am always in a slouched position, and I think this contributes to my muscle tension. Also, I feel less relaxed because of this. This exercise program truly helped me to release my muscle tension! It also helped me in maintaining better posture while doing my activities. I also noticed that this also helped me with my breathing and relaxation. This program is excellent!
