With my work as a seamstress, long periods of sitting are part of my job. I never paid attention to my back posture, and now it paid a price. I have pain in so many areas of my back! But now, all the pain is relieved, thanks to this program!

I love how the program is suitable for all ages! My grandson and I were maximizing its benefits up until now. We both have bad postures: me because of slouching most of the time when doing my activities (I know, bad posture habits) and him because of spending a long time at his desk because he's a college student. But thanks to the program we felt much better now.

This program is a blessing. I have upper back pain, and with that, I always feel tired and carrying something on my shoulders. I always do the exercises my physio had thought me, but still, the pain keeps going back. The program, helped me feel much better. It is perfect in combination with my physio's exercise!

Despite my age, I am still working on my farm, but the work was not that loaded as before when I was younger. I thought my bad posture was caused by my posture while doing work, and I can't reverse that. I give up. But thanks to this program, I was able to realize that bad posture can still be managed even with my age. I never felt so good like before. Also, now I know that my habits can also influence my posture.
