A True Game-Changer

These exercises are really a game-changer for me as they brought a huge help to my health and lifestyle. As we all know, this pandemic really changed our world and for me, it impacted my usual exercise and activity. Usually, I go out and do jogging but due to the lockdown and fear of getting corona, I stopped and started to be sedentary. These exercises jumpstart my day. I even take this before my breakfast. Life Changed!

I strongly recommend this program for any one who continues to suffer from hip tigthness yet can't even begin exercising. I am obese at 320 lbs and just imagine how nasty exercises could be. WIth this program, I can stretch while on bed and no freaking weight issues to deal with. Just worth trying!
