As an over 60 woman I was well aware of the possible ways age and childbirth can combine to result in a weak pelvic floor. As a caretaker, a constellation of events in 2020 revealed first hand how women and men need to maintain these muscles. Even more surprisingly, I realized my own awareness had not protected me! This is a routine that is easily added to my day and most importantly it begins with an EXCELLENT description of pairing breath and movement to wake up muscles we tend to overlook. After seeing the sadness that can ensue with loss of pelvic floor activation I am relieved to have a path toward restoring function.

My biggest issue for having a weak pelvic floor is needing to get to the toilet in a hurry or not making it there in time. My sister told me about this program and I am amazed with the results. I love the Yoga Poses and will surely continue using this program. Thank you for this wonderful program.
