No, you can watch the videos whenever you like (even at 3 am), do parts and pieces whenever you have time, do everything at your own pace, and revisit any aspects of the videos anytime.

Absolutely – the videos are in M4V format that can be viewed on any computer, tablet or smartphone.

Very good!

I do like the posture exercises and how Rick gives you options. Very thorough. Also like the follow along because i feel like i am not doing them alone. My only complaint is why not do the exercises in different order. Like do all the standing first and then floor exercise. I know it is exercise, but do not like getting up and down and then back down again. Takes time and I do not have the best knees.

Very good!
