I tried these 10 gentle yoga poses and honestly, it's like giving my migraine the "peace out" sign! Not only does it ease the pain, but it's also surprisingly relaxing—who knew my neck and shoulders had been holding onto so much stress? Only reason it's not a 5-star is I wish there were a few more poses, but still totally worth it!
