The stretches and moves are helping with my hip and groin pain. I definitely have more movement in my hip.

I reached out to to Rick in December because my hip was in pain and my lower back was super tight and my hiking on the mountain was greatly affected. I got this program and began using it a few times a week. In a few weeks I was hiking happily and logged 160 mountainous miles in one month. Now I am at last running again, five miles twice a week, and hiking twelve to twenty miles a week. I am seventy years old, a runner since 1975, and finally back on track. I am happy as heck!
