Bodyweight Blender is a low-impact workout that’s effective for losing weight and building muscle. It’s easy-to-do and takes under 15 minutes to complete. It’s a bodyweight workout, which means you don’t need a gym or any equipment, so you can do this workout pretty much anywhere, anytime.

This system is not a startling discovery or shocking breakthrough.

It’s just a few science-backed exercise principles combined with some common sense, all arranged into a super-easy, super-effective system that you can do every day.

Research has shown that we lose an average of 8% of our muscle mass every decade after the age of 40, as a natural byproduct of aging.

How does this affect our weight? The less muscle mass we have, the lower our Resting Metabolic Rate will be, which means our bodies burn fewer calories while resting. If we build more muscle (and it doesn’t have to be a lot - not even enough to look noticeably different), then our Resting Metabolic Rate will increase, and we’ll automatically burn more calories throughout the day.

So, building muscle is good for losing weight… and we know that when we lose weight, we get healthier overall and we gain more energy too.

Why was this program designed to use only bodyweight exercises?

Because, in addition to being effective for losing weight and improving overall health, bodyweight exercises are also more convenient, safer, faster and easier to do for most people, all of which makes this program a lot easier for you to do on a consistent basis.

 

Program Overview 

 

Bodyweight Blender is a video exercise program that you can do at home, completely on your own. It’s a staged, gradual program of easy and gentle exercises that use your bodyweight only (NO GYM REQUIRED), to help you lose weight, have more energy throughout the day and improve your overall health. The whole exercise program can be done in less than 15 minutes a day.

The program also includes a recipe book and explanation of a simple eating plan that can help you eat healthier, lose weight, and increase your energy... without having to give up ANY of your favorite foods.

This exercise program is based on scientific and medical research specific to men and women over the age of 45, and it is designed to be comprehensive, but also easy to learn, and easy to do, so you will definitely do it consistently, and long enough to get the long-term benefits.

The videos in this program show you how to do each and every exercise perfectly, in exactly the right sequence, with exactly the right number of reps and sets, all laid out for you, in explicit detail.

 

The program is focused on 3 bodyweight approaches - Arms & Core, Lower Body, and Cardio, and within each approach there are 3 stages, each of which is its own exercise sequence. Stage 1 is Getting Started, Stage 2 is Healthy Workout, and Stage 3 is Invincible Workout.

 

The 3 stages progress from very easy (Stage 1) to more challenging (Stage 3). This 3-stage structure ensures that virtually any person can complete this program, and that the increase in difficulty is gradual, so you will actually do these exercises on a consistent basis, thereby accruing the cumulative and long-term benefits of your efforts, which are: more energy, weight loss and better health overall. The 3 different stages also allow you to self-direct your progress so you get the fastest possible results.

 

Q: How long until I see results?

Although everyone is different and will experience different results, many people experience pain reduction and increased range of motion within 7 days.

 

Q: Is this program just more exercises that I have to do?

Yes, and no. Most fitness and health professionals take a shotgun approach to exercises for injuries. They keep giving you more and more exercises, hoping they will help. We don’t do that. EFI programs include only the exercises you need. We often recommend you do them in a specific sequence and we give you precise instructions on how many repetitions and sets you need to do. Our programs have been carefully designed, based on scientific research and real-world testing, and it is a SYSTEM that has already worked for other people. There will be no guesswork or confusion on your part – everything is laid out clearly and easy for you to follow. 

 

Q: Can I use this program if I’ve had an injury or surgery?

It is always our advice to ask your surgeon or doctor first to see if this program is suitable for you.

Q: Are the stretches and movements difficult to perform?

Not at all. These are simple and natural movements that you will easily “get” after one or two viewings of the videos. And each stretch, movement and exercise is very gentle.

 

Q: Do I have to watch all of the videos all in one sitting?

No, you can watch the videos whenever you like (even at 3 am), do parts and pieces whenever you have time, do everything at your own pace, and revisit any aspects of the videos anytime.

 

Q: Can I watch the videos on my smartphone or tablet?

Absolutely – the videos are in M4V format that can be viewed on any computer, tablet or smartphone.
