No, you can watch the videos whenever you like (even at 3 am), do parts and pieces whenever you have time, do everything at your own pace, and revisit any aspects of the videos anytime.

Absolutely – the videos are in M4V format that can be viewed on any computer, tablet or smartphone.

these oses have been very well thought out, and genuinely do loosen off the parts of the body each stage represents. I am a yoga teacher, and i have introduced some of the stages into my yoga classes already, and have passes the appropiate parts on to some of my students who have tightness in specific parts of thier body, so they can use them at home. As usual, this system is very good, keep up the good work rick and team.
