i like these exercises and so far they are working
Great for seniors like me who has diabetes. They are easy to do and doesn't require much time and equipment. The exercises were well explained too. Very comprehensive for one program. It helped me maintain my blood sugar. Thank you!
My doctor recommended I do exercises because it would help me control my blood sugar. But I don't like exercising because I'm afraid it will be hard given my age. Thanks to this I don't have to worry about exercising. It is really easy to do and fast too!! Doing this daily to help me. Great job with this.
