Can’t help but give everything from EFI 5 stars. Took me a while to figure out how to download via Vimeo, but I did. The lead-in was a little excessive and intuitive, but a good workout nonetheless. It’s relatively easy to figure how to make the excercises more difficult. Happy to have it - thank you!
Easy and doable exercises
Deadlifts without weights seem awkward but this series of exercises can be adapted to raise difficulty as needed. Some guidance as to when intensity should be increased would be helpful.
