This program is the best by far. Been to many exercises routines that can help me with my balance problems but this one is true to its promise. I have an improved balance since I started the routines. Definitely a thumbs up for me and will recommend this to everyone!
It was quite a hassle to walk up early in the morning to do exercise but I quite impressed with the routines. There are not much of exercises listed but those listed are effective. It's an efficient program because it makes you do less but significant exercises. I hate to do exercises that will just seem like similar to what I already do on a daily basis that's why I love this Balance Training Handbook.
I lost my balance when I sustained a hip fracture August of 2020. I fell down 10 steps of our stairs and ended up breaking my hip. I thought I would never be able to learn how to balance my self as I was so afraid of standing without my walker. I'm glad I came across this program which helped me train my balance gradually. Now, I can stand up on my own and take a couple of steps without my walker.
