I am recovering from a cardiac condition and the stages of this program really are a big help. The Balance Training Handbook is a great help to anyone struggling to even stand up. The seated exercises are my favorite. I'm looking forward to my improved balance.

I love the exercises and the explanation on the video. I am new to doing this and it was a good place to start with. By the way, I am still young, I just had a bad accident and I am trying to relearn my balance just like how my physical therapist said. Appreciate this program so much.

I had been doing the program for quite sometime and I can see improvements on my balance. I have Parkinson's and it's not easy but I appreciate how the program allows me to work my up based on my symptoms.

It was quite a hassle to walk up early in the morning to do exercise but I quite impressed with the routines. There are not much of exercises listed but those listed are effective. It's an efficient program because it makes you do less but significant exercises. I hate to do exercises that will just seem like similar to what I already do on a daily basis that's why I love this Balance Training Handbook.
