No, you can watch the videos whenever you like (even at 3 am), do parts and pieces whenever you have time, do everything at your own pace, and revisit any aspects of the videos anytime.

This is another video that is informative and helpful. I like the structure: starts off with the things we do daily and how they negatively impact us, and then goes into exercised you can do. They are relatively simple to follow, and offer a good stretch, burn and energy boost at once. I recommend it to anyone!

Simple but effective

My lower back hurt

Before, I felt a little hurt from my lower back and neck. As I straighten my body the more it hurts maybe just because I need some stretching or maybe an exercise.
