The 5 exercises to loosen your hips helps me. I can do them, although I am better with the left leg because it's my stronger one.I had a femural osteotomy on the other side years ago, so it doesn't work as well for some exercises. I recommend these.

I was in a car accident and was advised to stay in bed. Before that I work in an office and my hips are extra tight with all the sitting. Let's just say it just gotten worst as it should be because of all the lying I need to do. These set of exercises is a good starting point. If you're having second thoughts don't! It's a good buy. It felt amazing after 1 week of doing it.

At first, I thought it was not for me since I had long been out of shape. My bad there were actual alternate exercises that helped me finish the routine. Yehey! A novice like me is happy about my purchase. I am a war veteran and I am not who I used to be. I got injured so my knees can't tolerate the kneeling and all so the exercise swaps were a plus. I just got the program and it looks so promising. I can really tell that the exercises are doable. It got pictures of the exercises and the instructions are quite detailed. I am excited about what it can do to my body. It's also assuring since the exercises included are done on the bed thus there is no escaping and no alibi for me. LOL.

Been on the bed for a few weeks now, I was suffering from muscle weakness and my hips were so tight. It really hurt a lot. I cannot imagine how much this program helped me. I recovering from COVID and these bed exercises made a big difference on my mobility. I may say I have not fully recovered but I am positive I am getting better. Job well done guys.
