Unlock Your Hip Flexors (EFISP)
Before starting these exercises, I was starting to limp because my hip hurt so bad and trying some of my old standby stretches didn’t help. I’ve been doing this program for 2 weeks and have gotten so much relief. I noticed results after 2 days and now I look forward everyday to doing these exercises. Who would have thought I’d love exercises but I do because I love the results!

My hips are tight from sitting to much which makes difficult swing a golf club properly. I am looser now and looking to playing.

Tight hips were causing me pain in other areas and especially the hips and were impacting my ability to do my exercise of choice (basketball). Working from home during COVID caused me to have really tight hips. Doing this program for a couple of weeks and then before exercise increased my flexibility and decreased my pain. Now, anytime I have a pain I come to EFI to see if they have a program to fix it (working on my shoulder now). Great programs that save me time and money vs. going to physical therapy.
I sit way too much and have a lot of back problems. This program immediately loosened up the muscles that are tight from sitting. I try to do it almost every day. It was a good deal for the digital download of the video and the PDF of the physiology and each exercise.
