Tone & Tighten Arm Workout (EFISP)
Want to tell this interesting story. About almost a year ago before the Second Lockdown leading to a Third which was to long. Anyways did a Snatch Squat exercise with light weights on a Barbell. Suddenly received a mild tear in my right Bicep. Didn't want to go for surgery seeing it wasn't that bad 😕 However building my Triceps muscles around my infected Bicep gave alot of difference. Now getting this program helps make a great addition to slowly but efficiently tone my both whole arms. Thanks 😀

I like this routine. It is quick, easy to follow, yet really offers a good burn to the arms. I like that to make it easier I simply drop the weights, and to challenge myself I increase the weight amount. This is another good routine. Thank you!
