Restorative Yoga for People Who Sit All Day (EFISP)
I'm a senior citizen and I don't have something to do but to sit all day. Now my daughter in law got me this program and told me to do it everyday to help me have a healthy body. Really great help and the exercises are actually easy to do. Thanks Rick and team.
This is exactly what I need! Working for almost 10 hours a day which is mostly sitting makes my muscles sore Tried some moves and I can say that it helps me relax and I feel refreshed the next day. Will include this to my daily schedule. Thank you so much.
