I am happy to say that the kettlebell exercises have improved my hand grip (which was a concern because I have rheumatoid arthritis and do not have a very good hand grip) - I am using 4kg kettlebells - and I Am progressing slowly but consistently. Most importantly, without injury! Thank you Rick - I think this form of exercise is working well for me.
