The kettlebell is a cast iron or steel ball with a handle attached to the top, used to improve your cardio, build strength, and increase flexibility. The kettlebell is truly an all-in-one conditioning tool, making it the perfect addition to your home fitness routine. Combining this versatile piece of equipment with compound exercises is simply the most effective way to increase your strength and build lean muscle in the shortest amount of time.

Introducing 10 Compound Kettlebell Exercises for Increased Strength

Strength training is incredibly important, especially as you age. Strength training can help decrease the loss of muscle mass that naturally occurs as you age. It also increases bone density to help reduce the chance of fractures and increases your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Simply stated, maintaining your strength is the best way to maintain your quality of life.

Compound exercises are exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time or combine exercises to target more muscle groups. Compound exercises have proven to be incredibly effective for building strength and toning your muscles. In addition, these exercises elevate your heart rate to improve your cardio, helping you burn more calories and burn fat.

10 Compound Kettlebell Exercises for Increased Strength includes 10 impactful compound exercises designed to burn calories, increase strength, and tone your muscles in 10 minutes or less each day.

Each movement is easy to perform and can easily be modified for any fitness level.

No kettlebell? No problem! You can substitute a dumbbell, water jug, or any other weighted object to reap the same benefits.

This program is without a doubt the easiest way to increase your strength in the shortest amount of time.

Kettlebell exercises

I am happy to say that the kettlebell exercises have improved my hand grip (which was a concern because I have rheumatoid arthritis and do not have a very good hand grip) - I am using 4kg kettlebells - and I Am progressing slowly but consistently. Most importantly, without injury! Thank you Rick - I think this form of exercise is working well for me.
