When I had this hike with family few days ago I sprained my ankle and I have been suffering with ankle sprain symptoms in my leg since that day. I couldn’t sleep at night and my ankle didn’t move properly. until I found this exercises online. This program is great! The sprain on my ankle has improved a lot. I will keep this! Good job!
