This program definitely helped my stiff shoulders—I can finally reach the top shelf without sounding like a rusty door hinge! Took off one star because my resistance band snapped mid-workout… maybe I got too strong?

Just finished doing the easy exercises for tight shoulders, now I'm ready for more strengthening exercises. Contains really good exercises and easy to follow because of the videos. Highly recommended!
