Shoulders That Actually Move Again!

I didn’t realize how stiff my shoulders were until I tried this—now, I can reach the top shelf without wincing. The band exercises make mobility work surprisingly fun, and my neck isn’t carrying all the stress anymore!

Shoulders Loosened, but My Resistance Band Fought Back!

This program definitely helped my stiff shoulders—I can finally reach the top shelf without sounding like a rusty door hinge! Took off one star because my resistance band snapped mid-workout… maybe I got too strong?
