They told me the pain will go away after a while but it did not. Now it's been 2 weeks since I've had ankle sprain and I'm still in pain. Then I bought this. It's easier and it's just been 3 or 4 days since I began and my pain was reduced. Thanks!
After I got an ankle sprain, my ankle became very stiff and I can't walk right. It's like I still have ankle pain because of the stiffness. But thanks to this, it's all good now. I like this because the exercises are easy, and doesn't require anything. You should try this!
My work requires us to wear high heels everyday which resulted to very tight ankles and ankle pain as well. It hurts to even walk with this so my husband looked online. These exercises greatly helped me loosen it up and decrease pain! Thank you to your team. More power.
