Unlock Your Hip Flexors (EFISP)
The exercises are good for unlocking the hip flexors and stretching/strengthening other muscles first. Mine are still tight and will take some time. The annoying marketing emails are a bit much. I wish you could just buy a product, like it, come back for more, vs. being turned off by the annoying emails so that you block them and have no desire to purchase more.
Tight hips were causing me pain in other areas and especially the hips and were impacting my ability to do my exercise of choice (basketball). Working from home during COVID caused me to have really tight hips. Doing this program for a couple of weeks and then before exercise increased my flexibility and decreased my pain. Now, anytime I have a pain I come to EFI to see if they have a program to fix it (working on my shoulder now). Great programs that save me time and money vs. going to physical therapy.
I sit way too much and have a lot of back problems. This program immediately loosened up the muscles that are tight from sitting. I try to do it almost every day. It was a good deal for the digital download of the video and the PDF of the physiology and each exercise.
