The exercise video is well done and easy to understand what to do on each exercise. For me, I love the accompanying manual which I can print as a reminder on form and position when I do the workout.

I try to work on toning & tighten program in the morning just before going to work. As it isn't as hot than as when I come from work it is. I find I do feel a different on my arms but still need to work more on the legs & but the rest of body I am trying period. Thank you. Stay cool

I like this routine. It is adaptable to make it harder or easier as needed. I like the sequence. I only wish there was a little more talk about proper form, like with the other video series that have an instructional component, then the follow-along. Those are really helpful to me.
