The exercises are not hard at all to do. This program also helped me to recover from my knee injuries. Now, my thigh muscles are getting better. I hope to have continued recovery. Thank you. I have not been disappointed with any of the programs I have purchased.

Want to tell this interesting story. About almost a year ago before the Second Lockdown leading to a Third which was to long. Anyways did a Snatch Squat exercise with light weights on a Barbell. Suddenly received a mild tear in my right Bicep. Didn't want to go for surgery seeing it wasn't that bad 😕 However building my Triceps muscles around my infected Bicep gave alot of difference. Now getting this program helps make a great addition to slowly but efficiently tone my both whole arms. Thanks 😀
