I have enjoyed learning the various exercises I can do with the min bands. I have only done the Getting Started and Healthy Workout versions, and I usually do them one after the other since any single one of them is kind of short. I definitely feel the burn after doing both. I do however, wish that each was a bit longer (maybe 7 exercises). I understand motivating people to simply get started, but perhaps as the levels increase, so might the time and amount of exercises. One thing I did notice was that in Core (Healthy) there are not 4 exercises. I only see 3. Is that an error or am I missing something?
Other than this, it is yet another good set of videos.

I was hesitant to try this at first but I was able to enjoy it the first time I did the exercises. Incorporating the program in my morning routine is a breeze! I'll be trying out more of your programs soon! Thank you very much for an effective program that's easy to follow through.
