I am 66 and exercise but don't stretch. I bought this book as I've bought other EFI books and they've always helped. This one is perfect if you don't stretch. The stretches are simple and is broken down into sitting, standing and laying down. If recommended this for anyone who doesn't stretch and wants to start but doesn't have lots of time
