In the Instructional Videos, Rick explains exactly how to do each exercise as his fitness assistant demonstrates them for you in two different viewing angles. In the Follow-Along Videos, you get to do the exercises along with Rick’s fitness assistant in real-time, while Rick counts out time and repetitions, and coaches you along the way.

  • You get start-position and end-position photos for every exercise
  • We explain common mistakes and how to avoid them
