7 Minute Workout You Need To Do If You Sit All Day (EFISP)
This is helping me a lot! I am doing this every morning and after work. Great program for me!!!!!
i am an accountant and will get serious after apr 15
i am working on some of the chair items in 1 and 2
goes slow enough for a beginner 80 year old to "git it and do it"
I walk my dog 3 or 4 times a day around my apartment complex. My knees are stiff, painful, and walk on uneven ground. I've been doing this for about 5 weeks. What can I do to alleviate the stiffness and pain before starting my walk? Thank you
