I was into yoga before I had my surgery. I feel so happy to learn about this program. I do a lot of sitting while recovering from the surgery so this is really great help on my recovery.
I can't stand or walk for long because I fear that I fall again. I fell 2 years ago, resulting in a fracture on my hips. Since then, I'm afraid to walk farther or stand for too long. I use my walker at home. The program helped me to get a chance to at least be active despite sitting on a chair. It is a great help for me.

Balance issue is a challenge for me ever since. It made me anxious to try some exercises. What I like about the program is that the moves are not complicated, and with all of it done in a chair, it helped a person with balance problems like me in exploring yoga.

I can't imagine that I can still learn yoga moves on a chair. I admired the program for its uniqueness and creativity. I have difficulty finding more yoga poses that I can do because of my health. I was thankful that you have this kind of exercise. I don't need to work most poses on the floor and now yoga became much easier to do.

I do yoga in the past, but since my knee injury, I have difficulty doing some yoga poses. I felt discouraged after that, for I realized I have limitations. But I never felt so happy until I discovered this program. Now I was able to maximize yoga poses while sitting on the chair. No compromise to my knees.
