I find the 10 gentle yoga for strong pelvis program super simple and easy way of getting a little training in during the day. I can take a brief break and "work out" without moving out of my office chair, which gives me more energy afterward. It makes a big difference to how I feel throughout the day, making it easier to get some more exercises done after work.
I would never know that these yoga poses are attainable for someone like me who never had experience in yoga. Thanks to this, my si joint will never be the same as before. It helped me in relieving my pain after I fell last 7 months. Now I move so much better with no pain at all.
These simple and easy yoga poses have helped me with my anxiety and stress. Now, every time I wake up in the morning, I feel so strong while relaxed and content.
