effective, well-organized program

This program is nicely organized into four distinct, progressive modules, allowing everyone to find the appropriate level for themselves at which to begin the program. The exercises in the program are effective, simple, don't take a lot of time, and can be done with no special equipment (other than a chair, at the easiest level), allowing this program to be integrated into one's life with minimal disruption.
